My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice decor, but the access through the breakfast area and kitchen was a bit inconvenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Lyon with easy access to shopping and main attractions. The dining experience was mixed, with some delicious options but also some overpriced items. The facilities were decent with a nice breakfast and home-made cakes.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being a bit cramped and oddly located at the end of a corridor, offered lovely views over Bellecour. The service, though, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly, truly made a difference. The location was superb, right in the heart of Lyon near great shopping areas, but the window opening only to the corridor made it challenging to get fresh air. The dining experience was passable, with limited choices, but at least the room was clean and comfortable.
